Gabriella Csoknyai-Horvath

Gabriella Csoknyai-Horvath serves as the Head of People Operations at OTP Bank since January 2020, leading a team focused on aligning the annual People Plan with long-term human resource strategies, and managing daily human operations. Prior to this role, Gabriella held positions such as Head of Talent at OTP Bank, HR Director at Családbarát Ország Nonprofit Kkft., and Project Manager at UNION Biztosító. With extensive experience in HR consulting and business transformation, Gabriella has also worked with Tesco PLC in various HR leadership roles, driving organization development and strategic workforce planning across Central Europe. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies in HR management at Corvinus University of Budapest, and a degree in Economics from Szegedi Tudományegyetem.
