Gergely Csiki

Gergely Csiki is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Head of Colleague Experience at OTP Bank since March 2010. In this role, Gergely leads initiatives on employee experience, dialogue, recognition systems, well-being activities, and corporate culture development. Prior positions include HR Project Consultant and Culture Change Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the coordination of HR programs and a multi-year cultural change initiative. Gergely also has a background as a Learning and Development Consultant, focusing on the design and evaluation of developmental programs, as well as experience as a Training Consultant at Skull Training & Consulting. Gergely holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Change Management from the University of Debrecen and a Bachelor of Science in Economics/Project Management from Edutus College.
