Rita Mecsei

Rita Mecsei is an experienced professional in organizational change management and development, currently serving as an Organizational Change Management Expert at OTP Bank since April 2023. Previously, Rita held the position of Culture & Change Expert at Telekom HU from November 2019 to April 2023, and worked as a Training and Organization Development Consultant at the MAPI Hungarian Development Agency Corp. from April 2014 to November 2019. Rita's early career includes serving as a Project Assistant at MINŐIES Alapítvány from October 2013 to April 2014, focusing on project implementation and organizational development. Rita holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Miskolc, as well as a degree in Cultural Project Management from Eszterhazy Karoly College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Miskolc.
