Zoltan Matlak

Zoltan Matlak currently serves as the Head of Group Architecture at OTP Group, leading a team of over 30 Enterprise Architects focused on group projects and standards since January 2024. Previously, Zoltan held the position of IT Architecture Manager at OTP Bank from September 2016 to June 2025 and was the Head of IT Architecture Design And Control at CIB Bank from March 2007 to June 2016, where responsibilities included managing IT Architects and acting as Chief IT Architect. Zoltan also led a team of Java architects in the development of CIB Bank’s SOA layer and served as a Senior Developer, coordinating with vendors on technical deliverables. Earlier experiences include roles as Principal Software Engineer at RenewData and Senior Software Engineer at Commerce One, focusing on ERP systems and B2B software development, respectively. Zoltan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University.
