MJ Watkins has a diverse background in operations and customer service, demonstrated through various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Business Resources Team Lead at OTR Solutions since October 2020, MJ has also taken on roles as a Team Lead Mail Processor and Mail Coordinator. Prior experience includes managing operations at Sebastian Moving, where new sales growth was achieved through innovative marketing strategies. At Yerkes National Primate Research Center, MJ worked as an Animal Care Technician, and earlier roles at Hozack Inc involved responsibilities in inside sales and administrative support. MJ’s background is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College, an Associate of Arts from Three Rivers College, and a cosmetology license from Black River Beauty Academy.
