Nick Wagner

Nick Wagner is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Head of Finance Systems and Process and Head of Finance Projects at OTR, an innovative Australian convenience retail company, since July 2023. Wagner is also a Non-Executive Director at the Sammy D Foundation, which focuses on educating young people about bullying and violence, and has held the position of Treasurer at the Scotch College Old Collegians Association since April 2012. Previously, Wagner held senior financial roles including Chief Financial Officer at Beston Global Food Company and Financial Controller at Elders. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
