Lincoln Woods possesses extensive experience in technical support and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist and Operations Manager for the Eastern Region at Otraco International Pty Ltd since January 2014. Responsibilities include account management and new business development for OTR Tyre Management across mine sites in Eastern Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Lincoln held roles as the Otraco Operational Support Superintendent and Zero Harm Manager, overseeing Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) systems. Prior experience includes positions at Newcrest Mining from November 2011 to December 2013, where Lincoln managed tyre maintenance activities at the Lihir Mine Operation in Papua New Guinea, providing training and supervision to the workforce. Lincoln's education includes attendance at Singleton High School.
