Kathrin Triebel

Kathrin Triebel has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, key account management, and marketing. Kathrin is currently working as the Director of Human Relations at OTRS Group since November 2020, following their role as the Senior Manager of Global Human Resources at the same company from January 2014 to November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Global Recruiting at OTRS Group from September 2010 to December 2013. Before joining OTRS Group, Kathrin worked as the Key Account Manager for Permanent roles at HAYS AG from January 2009 to August 2010. Kathrin also had a role as an intern and diploma candidate in the Marketing and Sales department at Autostadt GmbH from April 2008 to September 2008. Additionally, they worked as an intern in the International Marketing department at TourismusMarketing Niedersachsen GmbH from August 2006 to February 2007. Kathrin began their career as a Media Designer for Digital and Print Media at Becker Werbeagentur GmbH from October 2003 to September 2004, and as a Media Designer at com,ma from January 2003 to September 2003.

Kathrin Triebel completed their education in two different institutions. From 2001 to 2003, they attended com,ma and earned a degree as a Mediengestalterin für Digital- und Printmedien. Following that, from 2004 to 2008, they enrolled at Hochschule Osnabrück and obtained a degree as a Diplom Kauffrau in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
