Julie Richer

Julie Kostraba Richer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal operations and business management. Currently serving as the Senior Director Chief of Staff for Legal Operations at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Julie has also founded Post-Six Consulting LLC. Previous roles include Director of Legal Operations at Bath & Body Works and American Electric Power, where responsibilities encompassed legal operations, eDiscovery, and IT business systems. Julie began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Ernst & Young. Educationally, Julie holds a Master of Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy & Analysis from Bowling Green State University.
