Martin Forget began their career as a lawyer in securities and business law before transitioning into pharmaceutical sales. Martin has held various roles in compliance and ethics within different pharmaceutical companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Janssen-Ortho Inc., where Martin developed and implemented health care compliance programs. Currently, Martin serves as the Ethics & Compliance Officer at Otsuka Canada Pharmaceutical, where Martin is responsible for developing the ethics & compliance program for the Canadian office. Martin holds multiple executive education certificates in compliance, ethics, and regulation, showcasing their dedication to upholding ethical standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
