Tracey Upton

Tracey Upton has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources. Tracey started their career at IBM in 1984 as an HR Director for Business Consulting Services and worked there until 1995. From 2003 to 2006, they served as an HR Leader at IBM Consulting Services. In 2009, they joined Merck as an HR Director for UK & Ireland and later continued the same role at MSD UK until 2013. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Europe Human Resources at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe.

Tracey Upton earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Portsmouth.
