Debbie Profit has a comprehensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Debbie started their career at Omnicare Clinical Research in 1994 as the Director of Project Management. Debbie later joined Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) in 2001 as the Director of Clinical Operations, Global Clinical Development. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Director of Corporate Projects at Otsuka, and then transitioned to become the Vice President of Otsuka Information Technology until 2019. Debbie also held the role of Vice President, Applied Innovation and Process Improvement from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Clinical Management and Applied Innovation at Otsuka.

Debbie Profit holds a Doctorate in Leadership Studies - Innovation & Creativity from Franklin Pierce University (2011-2014). Debbie completed a Certificate Program in Strategic Alliances: Creating Growth Opportunities at The Wharton School in 2009. In 2007, they obtained an MS in Regulatory Affairs, Drugs, Biologics & Medical Device from Northeastern University. Prof. Profit also earned a Certificate in the Program on Negotiation for Sr. Executives from Harvard Law School in 2007. Additionally, they completed a Certificate Program in Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2005. Debbie'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (minor in biology) from Fitchburg State University.
