Joan Karn

Joan Karn has a robust background in ethics, compliance, and legal investigations, demonstrated through positions held at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) and Jurisolutions. Additionally, Joan served as a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office and gained valuable experience as a Litigation Associate at Latham & Watkins. Early in the career, Joan worked as a Law Clerk to Justice LaVecchia at the New Jersey Supreme Court. Joan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law, completing studies from 2002 to 2005.
