Director, Global Market Access at Otsuka Pharmaceutical US

Kristin Pareja, PharmD, MPH has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Kristin currently works at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) as the Director of Global Market Access. Prior to this role, they were an Associate Director of Global Value and Real World Evidence at the same company. Kristin also served as a Field Medical Affairs, Managed Markets Liaison, where they provided scientific and clinical information, disease state education, and pharmacoeconomic outcomes data to healthcare providers and formulary decision makers.

Early in their career, Kristin worked as a Pharmacist focusing on operations excellence at CVS Health.

Kristin Pareja, PharmD, MPH obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech Pathology from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999. Kristin then pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at the same institution from 2000 to 2004. In 2020, Kristin completed an Advanced Course in Pharmacoeconomic Modeling from The University of Texas at Austin. Kristin also received additional certifications such as IMPACT Bootcamp Participant – Digital Health Technologies from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Health Outcomes and Pharmacoeconomic Research Training Program from the University of Arizona, and more. Recently, in 2022, they completed their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Economics and Policy at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
