Currently serving as Customer and Sales Support at OTT HydroMet since June 2023, Amy focuses on delivering insights for environmental monitoring applications. Previously, as a Partner Success Manager at Constant Contact from August 2011 to January 2023, Amy developed partnerships to enhance business growth and supported nonprofit organizations. Earlier roles include Customer Engagement Specialist at Constant Contact, Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance, and Sales Leader at Citi, where Amy demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships, support customers, and lead teams. Education was obtained at the University of Delaware.
