Carla Carter

Carla Carter is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as the System Engineering Manager at OTT HydroMet since November 2021, Carla previously held leadership roles at General Dynamics Mission Systems as Systems Engineering Manager and Test Director, as well as General Supervisory Engineer at Marine Corps Systems Command. Additional experience includes positions as Systems Engineer at DCS Corp and Electrical Engineer roles at The Columbia, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Titan System. Carla holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clark Atlanta University.
