Ted O'Connell

Ted O'Connell is an experienced professional currently serving as a Territory Manager at OTT HydroMet since January 2024 and as a Flood Mitigation Specialist at Floodproofing.com since March 2022, where expertise in hazard mitigation and floodplain construction design is provided.
