Claudia Gallon (She / Her)

Claudia Gallon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Claudia is currently working as a People Operations Associate at Otta.com since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Office Manager at Second Nature from January 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they managed various administrative tasks, including executive assistant duties, office management, onboarding and offboarding processes, company payments, and supplier invoices.

Before joining Second Nature, Claudia worked at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA). From November 2017 to August 2019, they served as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to the CEO and General Manager. Additionally, they held the position of Healthy Weight Programme Manager from January 2014 to January 2018, where they managed a weight management program and supervised intern biokineticists. Claudia also worked as a Lecturer from February 2010 to January 2018, coordinating the intern biokineticist continued education program and lecturing on various topics related to rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and chronic diseases of lifestyle. Claudia started their career at SSISA as a Registered Biokineticist in January 2009, where they conducted member assessments, designed specialized exercise programs, and managed their schedule.

Claudia Gallon obtained their B.A Hons Biokinetics degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of the Western Cape, which they attended from 2005 to 2008. Claudia also pursued a B.A (Hons) Biokinetics degree from the same university, although the specific start and end years of this program are not provided.
