Alex Arkhipov

Alex Arkhipov, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in project cost control and financial systems. Currently serving as a Business Analyst - Financial Systems and Reporting for the City of Ottawa since July 2022, Alex previously held the position of Senior Project Cost Controller at Thales from May 2018 to December 2021, where key responsibilities included monitoring project progress and preparing contract change orders. Prior experience includes a role as Job Costing Supervisor at Aecon Group Inc., focusing on custom reporting and project budget analysis.
