Emma Passmore

Emma Passmore is a seasoned Business Analyst specializing in Land Management Solutions within the Planning Services sector of the City of Ottawa, a role held since February 2013. Emma has extensive experience in program and project management across various capacities, including positions in business support services and legislative policy within the Planning, Infrastructure, and Economic Development Department. Prior to the current role, Emma served in multiple positions from Coordinator to Research Assistant within the Enterprise Services Unit of the Building Code Services Branch at the City of Ottawa from December 2003 to February 2012. Emma holds an Executive Diploma in Municipal Management from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Economics from Saint Mary's University.
