Hayles Elaine

Hayles Elaine has extensive experience in claims investigation and adjustment, currently serving as a Claims Investigator for the City of Ottawa since October 2006. In this role, Hayles is responsible for investigating, administering, and settling municipal and transit claims through various methods such as report analysis and employee interviews to assess the City’s liability exposure. Prior to this position, Hayles worked as a Claims Adjuster at Intact from June 2003 to October 2006, where responsibilities included investigating insurance claims, negotiating settlements, and authorizing payments. Hayles holds an education from Georgian College completed in 2002 and a degree from the University of Ottawa obtained between 1991 and 1994.
