Kareem Mostafa, PMP, serves as the Team Lead in Strategic Asset Management for the City of Ottawa, focusing on the development of strategic asset management plans and data quality assurance for Tangible Capital Asset Reports since November 2022. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant position at the University of Waterloo, where innovative data mining and optimization models enhanced asset project delivery for various organizations. Kareem also held roles such as Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where responsibilities included mentoring students and delivering project management sessions, and served as Graduate Student Assembly President, advocating for student interests and improving university services.
