Kelly Livingstone

Kelly Livingstone is an accomplished urban planner with extensive experience in municipal planning and development. Currently holding the position of Planner 2 with the City of Ottawa since April 2022, Kelly previously served as a Planner and Business Technologist at the Town of Oakville from February 2018 to April 2022. Prior roles include Development Coordinator at The Minto Group, Planning Intern at the Town of Oakville, Monitoring/Data Services Strategy Support Officer at Environment and Climate Change Canada, GIS Analyst at Statistics Canada, Junior Policy Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Education, and Planning Student at the City of Mississauga. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with Honours in Planning from the University of Waterloo in 2017.
