Leonore Evans

Leonore Evans is an experienced project manager with a focus on Indigenous engagement and community development within the City of Ottawa. Since July 2010, Leonore has held multiple roles including Project Manager and Project Coordinator for the Stage 2 Light Rail Transit project, overseeing connectivity reviews and facilitating communication with Indigenous partners. Earlier experience includes coordinating initiatives within the Transportation Services Department, conducting policy research on social issues, and implementing community-based projects. Leonore holds an MA in Geography and Environmental Studies from Carleton University and a BA Honours in Peace and Development Studies from Bradford University.
