Steve Bulgin

Steve Bulgin is an experienced professional in the fields of education, business analysis, and executive leadership. Currently serving as a Professor in Information Communication Technology at Algonquin College since January 2021, Steve has also held a dual role at the City of Ottawa since October 2008, acting as both a Business Analyst focused on the Housing Branch and HIFIS community stakeholders, and as the HIFIS Community Coordinator, facilitating community engagement and sustainable program implementation. Additionally, Steve is the President of Gutworks and previously held managerial and advisory roles at McMillan, Primerica, and Ninety North Construction. Steve's educational background includes studies at various institutions, including Willis College, Carleton University, William and Catherine Booth College, and Cape Breton University.
