Constantine Ioannou has extensive experience in the education sector, particularly specializing in language instruction and international education. Currently serving as the Program Director for International Projects at Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and a Professor at Queen's University, Constantine has held various roles since 1991, including Curriculum Coordinator and Education Officer in the International Languages Program.
