Rick Sawyer

Rick Sawyer is an experienced life coach and mentor with a background in recreational program development and youth support services. Since June 2016, Rick has specialized in coaching individuals across various age groups, including teens, adults, and seniors, with a focus on those facing challenges and special needs. Current roles include serving as a Youth Recreation Facilitator for the Ottawa Catholic School Board, developing before and after-school programs for children aged 5 to 12, and previously holding positions such as Mental Health Worker at March of Dimes and Director at Time 4 Action. With over three decades of experience with the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa in multiple supervisory and managerial roles, Rick has a strong foundation in youth development, coaching, and community engagement, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
