Tina McConnell is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in management and support services, currently serving as the Manager of IT Support Services for Ottawa County since December 2005. Tina has held various roles, including Project Management Coordinator and Manager of User Services within the same organization. Prior to this, Tina worked at HDI as the VP of Communications for the West MI HDI Chapter and as a Service Support Analyst at Pfizer Global Manufacturing. Tina's career began as a Technical Training Consultant at Productivity Point International. Tina holds a Master of Business Administration from Capella University and a Master's in Information Technology, also from Capella University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education from the University of Michigan.
