Helen Nowakowski is an experienced massage practitioner and reflexologist currently working at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa since July 2023 and as a registered reflexologist and massage practitioner at Ezcape Spa & Wellness since October 2021. With a background in various massage techniques, including the Raindrop Technique and East Indian Head Massage, Helen has held multiple roles in several wellness establishments. In addition to these positions, Helen has served as an adult crossing guard and offered mobile reflexology services to clients unable to leave their homes. Helen is well-educated in natural health practices, having obtained degrees and certifications from numerous institutions in reflexology, Thai massage, and community social work.

The Ottawa Safety Council's mission is to deliver best-in-class road safety programs and services, education, training and awareness throughout our community to drive down the number of road incidents in our community Founded as a not-for-profit, non-government organization in 1957, The root of all we do is delivering programs that prevent road accidents for all road users, no matter how traveled We deliver curriculum based pedestrian and bike safety programs in Elementary schools, ensure school zone safety through our adult crossing guards at over 200 locations, promote active lifestyles through the walking school bus program and teach children how to cycle safely. We have been delivering our motorcycle instruction programs, and licensing riders on behalf of MTO for over 50 years. We even protect our most vulnerable riders through our Best Fit car seat program. Our passion lies in advocating for road safety and sharing best practices that reduce accidents and raise awareness across all ages; and the role we can all play in driving, walking and riding safely.
