Jessica Charlton

Jessica Charlton has a diverse professional background, currently serving as a Crossing Guard with Ottawa Safety Council since February 2021. Previously, Jessica was self-employed as a stay-at-home mother since September 2012. From September 2005 to September 2013, Jessica worked as a Customer Relations Representative at Rogers Communications, where responsibilities included customer retention, sales, and technical support, notably participating in the Work@Home pilot project. Prior to that, Jessica held the position of Administrative Assistant at Manulife from 2001 to 2005. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Western University between 2001 and 2005.
