Carine Ullom

Carine Ullom is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Associate Dean for Instructional Innovation and Director of the Office of Instructional Design & Academic Technology at Ottawa University since September 2005. Ullom is responsible for managing the online learning digital ecosystem, overseeing a team of instructional designers and academic technologists, and implementing initiatives to enhance online course quality. Previously, Ullom founded Global Worldview Education, focusing on creating global learning experiences for students. Other roles include serving as Director of the Language Resource Center at St. Lawrence University and Software Training Specialist at the University of Kansas. Ullom holds an EdD in Educational Leadership for Change from Fielding Graduate University and has degrees in German Language and Literature and Computer Science.
