Cindy T. serves as the Human Resources Director for New Mexico Behavioral Healthcare and First Dawn Recovery, both since November 2023, and is also the Human Resources Director at Hess III Consulting, LLC since July 2020. Cindy has previously held HR leadership roles at Zenith Behavioral Health, Monte Nido & Affiliates, and Southwest Key Programs, demonstrating expertise in compliance, strategic HR initiatives, and employee relations within behavioral health environments. Additionally, Cindy has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Ottawa University since 2018 and has a solid background in recruitment from a prior role at Workway. Cindy holds a Doctor of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Capella University, complemented by an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
