Ian Schoen

Ian Schoen is a product designer with a range of work experiences. Ian is currently working at Otter.ai as a Product Designer. Prior to that, they worked at Upwork as a Product Designer, where they led the design of new company initiatives and shipped multiple collaborative projects. Before that, they worked at Salesforce as a Lead Product Designer, where they designed the Salesforce Voice Assistant and worked closely with product executives and engineers. Ian also worked at Tradecraft and TEDxTokyo as a UX Designer and Design Apprentice respectively.
