Kean Chin has extensive experience in the field of speech engineering and research. kean started their career at Toshiba Research Europe Limited in 2002, where they served as the ASR Project leader for nearly a decade. In 2012, they joined Google as a Research Scientist, contributing to advancements in the field. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Speech Engineering at Otter.ai, starting in 2017.
Kean Chin attended the University of Cambridge from 1997 to 2002, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they also attended the University of Warwick, although the field of study and degree earned are unspecified.
