Matthew Rauch

Matthew Rauch has a strong background in technical support, starting with their role as a Technical Specialist at Apple from December 2016 to October 2017. Matthew then worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Jibo from October 2017 to April 2018. Following that, they joined Appcues as a Support Specialist in June 2018, where they remained until July 2021. Currently, Matthew is employed at Otter.ai as a Product Support Engineer starting from July 2021.

Matthew Rauch graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
