Robert Endris

Robert Endris is an experienced legal professional specializing in energy regulation and compliance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Otter Tail Power Company since October 2020, Robert handles FERC and RTO legal matters and leads significant legal efforts on a substantial portfolio of transmission projects.
