Robert Endris is an experienced legal professional specializing in energy regulation and compliance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Otter Tail Power Company since October 2020, Robert handles FERC and RTO legal matters and leads significant legal efforts on a substantial portfolio of transmission projects. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at FirstEnergy Corp., where responsibilities encompassed state regulatory matters and joint use agreements, and roles at the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor, including Deputy Consumer Counselor, where Robert litigated utility rate cases and negotiated settlements. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, an MBA from Butler University, and a B.S.I.M. in Industrial Management and Economics from Purdue University.
