Steve Schoeneck

Steve Schoeneck has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Steve started their career as an Accountant/Consultant at Swenson, Gundberg, Saurer, and Company, CPAs in 1989. In 1992, they transitioned to the Northwest Minnesota Foundation, where they worked as an Entrepreneur Developer until 1998. Steve then joined Otter Tail Energy Services in 1999 as the Director of Business Operations, a position they held until 2003. At that point, they moved within the Otter Tail organization to become an Accounting Supervisor until 2009. From 2009 to 2015, Steve worked as a Sourcing Manager. In 2015, they became the Manager of Sales and Operations Support, a role they held until 2019 when they were promoted to Vice President of Customer Service at Otter Tail Power Company.

Steve Schoeneck attended Detroit Lakes High School, although the start and end years are unknown. After completing high school, they went on to study at Minnesota State University Moorhead from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Accounting.
