Donald Redden is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in leadership roles. Donald served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Otter Tail Corporation and later at Otter Tail Power Company, where they were responsible for managing computer systems, applications, networking, cybersecurity, and data privacy. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations and Information Technology at Crary Industries Inc., where they successfully revamped organizational resources and processes. Donald also worked at Microsoft as a Principal Development Manager, overseeing application development projects that made significant impacts on sales. Earlier in their career, they served as the IT Director at the City of Moorhead, where they managed the city's intranet system and implemented Intuit Fundware. Donald's expertise includes strategic planning, system enhancements, security management, and project implementation.

Donald Redden, CISSP CISM CDPSE, holds a Master of Business in Information Systems from the University of Mary. Donald also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the same university.
