Laura Undem

Laura Undem is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various financial roles. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at Otter Tail Corporation since February 2019, Laura has also held positions such as Internal Audit Manager - Manufacturing and Senior Internal Auditor. Prior to Otter Tail Corporation, Laura worked at Bobcat Company as Accountant II and Accountant from February 2016 to January 2019. Earlier career experience includes roles at Eide Bailly LLP as Audit Associate and Audit Intern, and at Noridian Mutual Insurance as Creative Services Project Coordinator, where project tracking and design work were key responsibilities. Laura began the professional journey at Liturgical Press as Desktop Publisher/Creative Support. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, both earned from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
