Chris Carter

Chris Carter is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations & Cloud Services at Otto Aviation since January 2025. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Vice President & Core Technologies Director at Corgan from January 2023 to December 2024.
