Axel Benjamins

Axel Benjamins has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Axel began their career at ROSEN as a Project Manager from March 2010 to February 2011, and later became a Manager from March 2011 to October 2012. From November 2012 to March 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at Universität Osnabrück. In April 2017, they joined Otto (GmbH & Co KG) as a BI Product Manager until February 2019. Axel then served as a Product Owner from March 2019 to July 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Domain Lead (Business Intelligence) at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) starting from August 2021.

Axel Benjamins received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Stuttgart Media University in 2007. Axel then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from The University of Göttingen, which they completed in 2010. Continuing their academic journey, Axel obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Information Systems from Universität Osnabrück in 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Axel became an OKR Coach through Workpath in 2019, and they achieved the Certified Tester Foundation Level certification from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen in 2008.
