Bernhard Riedl

Bernhard Riedl is an experienced professional in User Experience (UX) research and strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager UX Research at OTTO since March 2021. Concurrently, Bernhard operates as an Independent Consultant at COMATCH and has been freelancing in UX consulting since June 2011. Bernhard co-founded Om7Sense GmbH, an innovative Green IT startup, and has held various roles, including Senior UX Researcher at Vodafone and in-house consultant at Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Information Science and a Bachelor's degree in Media Science, both with honors from the University of Regensburg. Bernhard is also pursuing a program in Generative AI at Stanford University.
