Kristin Lindemann has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Excellence at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) since October 2006. In this role, Kristin has focused on implementing and optimizing customer service through social media, developing processes for troubleshooting. Kristin also leads a team of 15 in the Service & Customer Care department, acting as a liaison between the Relation-Center organization and internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Prior experience includes leading a team of approximately 25 call center employees at Otto in a part-time role during parental leave, and earlier positions at G+J EMS GmbH as an Assistant to Management and at Delphi HR-Consulting GmbH as a Team Assistant. Kristin completed a commercial education from 1997 to 1999.
