Monika Kos

Monika Kos is a skilled pastry chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as a Pastry Chef at Ottolenghi Restaurants Limited since July 2018, Monika also owns Fine Art Sweets, which specializes in luxury wedding cakes and offers cake design classes, a venture that began in November 2017. Additionally, Monika has been working as a freelance pastry chef since July 2016, showcasing a versatile range of pastry skills and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
