The Otus leadership team has a history of experience in education, technology, and management. The team members have worked as teachers, tutors, principals, and superintendents in various school districts. They also have experience in IT management, sales and marketing, and film and television production. The team members hold degrees from DePaul University, Northern Illinois University, Argosy University Chicago, National Louis University, and Loyola Marymount University.
