Meredith Vasquez Mara

Meredith Vasquez Mara currently serves as the AVP of Student Success at OU Education Services since April 2025, having previously held the same role at Elsmere Education from February 2021 to May 2025. In these positions, Meredith oversaw student success teams, recommended solutions to leadership, and developed standardized documentation processes. At Massachusetts International Academy, from August 2009 to December 2020, Meredith held several roles, including Vice President/PDSO, where responsibilities included supervising over 70 employees, managing a $10 million budget, and leading the 10-year reaccreditation process for CEA. Meredith also served as Director of Student Affairs and Executive Assistant at the same institution. Earlier career experience includes working as a Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest, Inc. Meredith holds a Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies from the College of the Holy Cross.
