David Foss

David Foss serves as the Administrative Director of Real Estate for Planning Design & Construction at OU Health since September 2020, following an extensive career at INTEGRIS Health from June 2002 to September 2020. At INTEGRIS Health, David held several key positions, including System Vice President and System Director of Facilities, Planning & Construction, where responsibilities encompassed operational and budgetary management for extensive healthcare facilities and project management across millions of square feet. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
