Kori Clemmer

Kori Clemmer is an experienced HR technology leader with a strong background in managing extensive HR teams and implementing comprehensive technology solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as Admin Director of HCM Systems at OU Health, Kori successfully led the implementation of Workday Help and Journeys shortly after starting. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of HR Operations and Technology at United Health Services, where Kori guided a team of 20 during a Workday implementation, and Senior Director of HRIS at Mass General Brigham, overseeing a large team to support 80,000 employees. Kori's career also encompasses leadership positions at Sanford Health and Interactions LLC, where initiatives included managing diverse HR technology tools and successful system integrations. Kori holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Brigham Young University.
