Brianna Lusciatti (Benson)

Brianna Lusciatti (Benson) has a strong background in operations and product development, with experience in various industries. Brianna started their career as a Production Assistant at Dartmouth Publishing in 2008. Brianna then moved on to Baby CZ, where they worked as an Operations & Production Manager from 2008 to 2012. After that, they joined Tarte Cosmetics as a New Product Development Manager and worked there for four years. In 2016, Brianna joined Drybar as a Senior Manager, Product Development - Liquids, and held this role until 2018. Currently, they are working at OUAI Haircare as the Senior Director Of Operations.

Brianna Lusciatti (Benson) attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2004 to 2008. Brianna obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in BDIC Graphic Design and Marketing, with a minor in Psychology.
