Sebastien Richard

Sebastien Richard is currently the VP of Engineering, Marketing, R&D, and Quality at Innovair Solutions. Sebastien is responsible for managing engineering and product R&D activities across all company sites, focusing on product development and improvement. Prior to this role, Sebastien held the position of Director of Engineering, Marketing, and Quality at Ouellet Canada Inc. since January 2001. Sebastien also worked as a Coordinator in engineering, overseeing department operations and human resources, and as an Engineer, handling product development projects and providing engineering support to other departments. Sebastien is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Université de Sherbrooke.
